Participation fee: 700 RON / team. A team is composed of 5 competitors and 3 supporters.
The participation fee also includes 10 kg of meat.
The jury scores:
• the team (dress, organization of the space, good atmosphere)
• the sausage preparation process, hygiene
• the taste and general appearance of the sausage
• table decoration (arrangement, decor, traditional products, originality)
• presenting and serving the menu
